Artwork Accuracy
Every effort is made to show the artwork as accurately as possible regarding size, color, and details. However, please note that the image you see on your screen may vary slightly due to differences in browser settings, device types, and screen configurations. These variations are not considered a fault, and slight differences between the image and the actual piece will not be grounds for a return.
Ordering
How is my payment handled?
Payments for artwork are processed through PayPal or Stripe in US dollars (USD). You don’t need to have a PayPal account to purchase—you can simply use your regular debit or credit card through PayPal's secure checkout. We do not store any of your debit or credit card details.
Purchasing with a Deposit
If you'd like to purchase an original painting over $500, you may opt to pay in installments. I understand that purchasing original artwork is a significant investment, so I offer a flexible payment plan. A 50% deposit will secure your painting, with the remaining balance due within 30 days or in two installments of 25% each. This is an arrangement based on trust and at no extra cost to you. Standard shipping costs and return policies apply. Please contact me directly if you'd like to arrange this option.
Shipping Information
When will I receive my artwork?
Once your order is placed and we have agreed on a shipping method/carrier, your artwork will be carefully packed and shipped within 5 business days. Domestic shipments within the United States are typically sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the size and weight of the piece. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after shipment. If you require expedited shipping, please let me know after placing your order, and I can provide a quote for rush delivery.
Can I collect my artwork in person?
Yes! If you in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area, you can select the Store Pickup option at checkout. I’ll email you directly to arrange a time for you to pick up your artwork from my studio.
Is shipping included?
Shipping costs are not included at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated after checkout based on the size and weight of the artwork, and delivery location. They will be billed separately once arrangements are made. Once you place an order, I will get in touch to discuss the options and confirm any necessary details.
Shipping for Larger or High-Value Artworks
For larger paintings or high-value pieces, specialized shipping may be required. Due to size restrictions and the need for extra care in handling, I’ll work with trusted couriers to ensure your artwork is transported safely. Shipping costs will be billed separately once arrangements are made. Once you place an order, I will get in touch to confirm the shipping cost and confirm any necessary details.
International Shipping
Yes, I can ship to most countries worldwide. However, international shipping may take longer, depending on your location. If you're outside the U.S., please contact me before ordering to discuss shipping options, as some regions may have additional restrictions or require a bespoke courier service.
International Duties & Taxes: Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that I cannot control or predict these charges, and they are not included in the shipping costs.
Returns & Refunds
What if my artwork arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be completely happy with your new piece of art! If an original painting doesn’t meet your expectations, I offer a Buy-Back Agreement. You have 30 days from receipt of your artwork to contact me and request a return or refund. Once the return is approved, you are responsible for safely repacking and returning the artwork using the same method as it was shipped to you. Upon receipt of the returned artwork in good condition, I will issue a full refund.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
I take great care in packing each piece of artwork to ensure it arrives safely. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and provide photographs of the damage. I will assist you with the return process and work with you to resolve the issue.
Can I return items from international shipments?
At this time, I am unable to offer returns or refunds for items shipped outside of the United States.
